A complete travel agency, from the first quote to the voucher.

Ogou Travel runs the daily work of a travel agency inside WordPress: travelers ask for a quote, book a group trip and a seat, pay a deposit online and receive a certified PDF, while the staff follow every file from a private portal. It is the engine behind Odyssey Tour & Travel.
A public website in French, English and Spanish; a client area, “My trips”; a team portal on its own address; and WordPress for management, where payment keys and each person’s permissions live. The client journey is one line: visit, request, offer, payment, form, departure.
Dates and seats update live. Adult, child and infant prices are separate. The traveler pays a deposit online and the balance later. Seats and promo codes are protected from double-selling. When a departure is full, the traveler joins a waitlist and gets an e-mail as soon as seats free up.
One form covers flights, visas, hotels and more. The team replies with clear offers (price and terms) and the traveler chooses before paying. Travelers pay by card (Stripe), PayPal or Paystack; the team records MonCash, NatCash and cash payments received at the agency. The client area opens from a private e-mail link, with no password.
A 7-step registration form, saved at every step and built for phones. The team reviews it (with alerts for passports about to expire) and certifies it in one click. The traveler receives a PDF with a unique code and a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is authentic; a wrong code raises an instant warning.
Payment receipts, balance reminders 14 and 3 days before departure, reminders for unanswered offers, seats on hold and unfinished forms, and practical information 3 days before departure. Each reminder can be switched on or off.
A dashboard with new requests, open files, forms to check and the month’s collections; client files with search and one-click WhatsApp; the catalog (photos, texts, prices, dates and seats); departures with printable passenger lists; and payment reports by month, trip and source (Facebook, WhatsApp, Google). Everyone sees only what their access level allows, and the portal never shows payment keys or settings.
536 automated tests, Lighthouse 100 for accessibility, SEO and best practices, tested on MySQL and SQLite, rich previews on WhatsApp and Facebook, and updates without data loss.
